Mandatory Coach Registration for CSA Coaches
CSA has partnered with US Club Soccer for the registration of our recreational players and coaches/assistant coaches. This registration provides insurance coverage for all of our players and coaches. It is a requirement of US Club that all of our coaches and assistant coaches be registered through US Club, which includes a background check.
**Registration should only take a minute or so to complete.
To begin choose:
Type of Registration: Choose coach or assistant coach
Type of Membership: Club
From the Club Drop down menu: choose Collierville Soccer Association
Fill out required personal information on the rest of the form (Social Security numbers are NOT required for registration).
At the bottom of the form, select, I Agree
Select SUBMIT
You will be given a confirmation number.
PLEASE PRINT OFF THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND BRING TO THE COACHES MEETING WITH YOU.
