The
LOBOS Soccer club is the competitive program of the Collierville Soccer
Association. Founded in 1992, the club continues to grow and provide
Collierville boys and girls an advanced, structured soccer experience.
The
LOBOS club supports, trains and fields teams
from U-8/9 Junior LOBOS and Lady LOBOS through U-17.
LOBOS players are
passionate about the game of soccer and committed to achieve their best
through focused training, camaraderie with their teammates, respect
for their coaches and loyalty to the club.
Qualified
and properly licensed professional coaches
under the direction of CSA Director of Coaching, Paul Furlong train
all teams. The LOBOS demands our coaches expand their knowledge
of the game throughout their career with the LOBOS. Our coaches
attend year round training sessions and are subsidized by the club to
attend National License schools. All LOBOS coaches have extensive
playing and coaching experience and are committed to the complete soccer
development of our players.
Our
players are offered a comprehensive and varied training
system. Teams practice a minimum two times a week on nearby Collierville
practice fields. League games sanctioned by MSSF are played
at the Mike Rose Soccer
Complex. Teams participate in local and out of state tournaments
of their choosing (except our non-traveling Juniors). The club
also offers weekend skills training, goal keeper training, striker training
and speed-agility & conditioning workouts.
Open try-outs
are held in late spring. Call (901) 854-8724 for info or Email
Us.
